Severe Tire Damage è un gruppo musicale underground noto per il suo stile noise rock sperimentale e le sonorità provocatorie. Attivo dal 1980, ha pubblicato una serie di album indipendenti che hanno contribuito a definire l'estetica del movimento noise rock degli anni '80. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da riff distorti, percussioni frenetiche e testi spesso oscuri e provocatori. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Oh Boy!" e "More Crap From STD".
