Hurts è un duo elettronico inglese proveniente da Manchester, formato dal cantante Theo Hutchcraft e dal tastierista Adam Anderson. I due hanno collaborato in precedenza nel gruppo Daggers prima di formare Hurts nel 2009. Il loro sound si caratterizza per atmosfere synth-pop dark e melodie orecchiabili, influenzate da artisti come Depeche Mode e The Killers. Il debutto del duo è avvenuto con l'album "Happiness" (2010), che ha riscosso un grande successo in Europa, raggiungendo la vetta delle classifiche britanniche.
