So They Say è un gruppo musicale post-hardcore/emo di cui si hanno informazioni scarse. Attivi dal 2010 circa, hanno pubblicato tre album: *Antidote For Irony*, *Life in Surveillance* e l'omonimo *So They Say*. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da sonorità aggressive e melodie emozionali, con influenze provenienti dal post-hardcore classico e dall'emo contemporaneo. Nonostante la mancanza di informazioni dettagliate sulla band, i loro album hanno riscosso un discreto successo tra gli appassionati del genere.
