Chimaira è una band metal americana formatasi nel 1998. Conosciuta per il suo sound aggressivo che fonde elementi di groove metal, nu metal e death metal, la band ha guadagnato popolarità negli anni 2000 con album come "The Impossibility of Reason" (2003) e "Resurrection" (2005). Il gruppo è composto da Mark Hunter (voce), Matt DeVries (basso), Rob Arnold (chitarra), Jim LaMarca (chitarra), Andols Herrick (batteria) e Chris Spicuzza (tastiere).
