Michael Robert Henrion Posner, noto come Mike Posner, è un cantautore e produttore discografico statunitense nato a Detroit, Michigan, nel 1986. Dopo aver studiato alla Kalamazoo College, si trasferisce a New York per dedicarsi alla musica. Il suo album di debutto, *31 Minutes to Takeoff*, uscito nel 2010, lo consacra come artista emergente grazie al successo del singolo *Cooler than Me*, che raggiunge la top ten della Billboard Hot 100 e diventa un inno estivo.
