Blondie è una band new wave statunitense formatasi a New York City nel 1974. La formazione originale comprendeva Debbie Harry (voce), Chris Stein (chitarra), Clem Burke (batteria) e Gary Valentine (basso). Dopo aver suonato in locali leggendari come CBGB e Max's Kansas City, hanno firmato con l'etichetta Private Stock. Il loro sound, un mix di punk americano e new wave, li ha portati al successo internazionale negli anni '70 e '80. Tra i loro brani più famosi ci sono "Heart of Glass", "Call Me" e "Rapture".
