Gilby Clarke, all'anagrafe Gilbert Clarke, è un chitarrista e cantante statunitense nato a Los Angeles, California. Noto per essere stato il chitarrista dei Guns N' Roses dal 1991 al 1994, ha contribuito alla registrazione dell'album "Use Your Illusion I and II". Prima di entrare nei Guns N' Roses, Clarke era già attivo nella scena musicale californiana con la band Rock City Angels. Dopo il suo periodo con i Guns N' Roses, ha intrapreso una carriera solista pubblicando diversi album, tra cui "Pawnshop Guitars" (1995) e "The Gilby Clarke Album" (2004). Clarke è un chitarrista versatile che spazia dal hard rock al blues, influenzato da artisti come Jimi Hendrix e Eric Clapton.
