Oblivion Dust (OD) è un gruppo rock alternativo giapponese fortemente influenzato dalle band americane degli anni '90, ma con una sonorità distintiva che rende il gruppo unico. Si distinguono nella scena giapponese perché gran parte delle loro canzoni sono scritte e cantate in inglese fluente. Il loro sound mescola elementi di grunge, alternative rock e post-rock, creando un'atmosfera cupa e introspettiva. Nonostante la loro influenza americana, Oblivion Dust mantiene una forte identità giapponese, evidente nelle melodie melodiche e nell'uso di strumenti tradizionali come il shamisen.
