Ciara, all'anagrafe Ciara Princess Wilson, è una cantante, compositrice, ballerina, attrice e imprenditrice statunitense nata a Seattle, Washington, il 25 ottobre 1984. Di origini beninesi, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale all'età di 15 anni, firmando un contratto discografico con la LaFace Records nel 2003. Il suo album di debutto, "Goodies", pubblicato nello stesso anno, è diventato un successo internazionale grazie a singoli come "Goodies" e "1, 2 Step".
