Cracker è un gruppo alternative rock americano formatosi negli anni '80. Il duo di base è composto dal cantante David Lowery e dal chitarrista Johnny Hickman, che hanno collaborato anche con altri artisti come Camper Van Beethoven e The Baseball Project. Il loro album di debutto, *Kerosene Hat*, pubblicato nel 1993, ha raggiunto il disco di platino grazie a brani come "Low", "Euro-Trash Girl" e "Get Off This". Cracker è noto per la sua musica orecchiabile, con influenze folk, country e rockabilly.
