Tony Rebel, nato Patrick George Anthony Barrett il 15 gennaio 1962 a Manchester Parish, Giamaica, è un deejay reggae giamaicano. Inizialmente si esibiva come cantante, con i nomi di Papa Tony o Tony Ranking, in concorsi di talento locali e su sound system come quello di Sugar Minott, 'Youth Promotion'. Il suo primo singolo, "Casino", uscì nel 1988 per l'etichetta MGB. La sua carriera decollò però quando collaborò con il team di Donovan Germain, Penthouse, all'inizio degli anni '90. Nel 1990 ottenne un grande successo con "Fresh Vegetable", affermandosi come singjay. È noto per essere uno dei pochi deejay dreadlock del genere 'cultural' dell'epoca ragga.
