Nice and Smooth è un duo hip hop statunitense formatosi nel 1987 da Greg Nice e Smooth B, con l'aggiunta del DJ Teddy Tedd. La loro prima collaborazione risale al 1988 con il brano "Skill Trade", che li porta a collaborare con Big Daddy Kane nell'album "It's a Big Daddy Thing" (1989). Nice and Smooth hanno pubblicato quattro album tra il 1989 e il 1997, tutti entrati nella classifica statunitense dedicata all'hip hop. Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da rime intricate e melodie jazz influenzate dal golden age dell'hip hop.
