Ray J, all'anagrafe William Ray Norwood Jr., è un cantante, rapper e attore statunitense nato a Los Angeles nel 1981. Figlio del musicista e produttore Willie Norwood Sr., ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale fin da giovane, collaborando con il fratello maggiore Brandy Norwood. Il suo album di debutto, *A New Day*, pubblicato nel 2001, ha raggiunto il successo commerciale grazie al singolo *One Wish*.
