I Mest sono un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Blue Island, Illinois, nel 1995. Il gruppo ha raggiunto la popolarità negli anni '90 grazie al loro sound alternativo rock caratterizzato da influenze grunge e post-grunge. Tra i brani più noti figurano "The Way I Feel", "I'm Not Afraid" e "Everything You Want". Dopo un periodo di pausa, i Mest sono tornati in attività nel 2008 con il cantante Tony Lovato e una nuova formazione. Nonostante la rottura del gruppo originale, i Mest continuano a produrre musica e a esibirsi dal vivo.
