Charli Baltimore, pseudonimo di Tiffany Lane, è una rapper statunitense nata a New York nel 1975. Attiva dal tardo anni '90, ha collaborato con artisti come Jay-Z e Foxy Brown. Il suo stile musicale si caratterizza per un flow aggressivo e testi diretti che affrontano temi come la vita di strada, l'empowerment femminile e le difficoltà della vita in una società complessa. Tra i suoi brani più noti figurano "I'm a Baller", "The Realest" e "Hot Boyz". Nel 2001 ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto "The Miseducation of Charli Baltimore", che ha ricevuto un discreto successo commerciale.
