Tracie Monique Spencer (nata il 19 giugno 1968) è una cantautrice e musicista statunitense di genere R and B e soul. Ha raggiunto la fama negli anni '90 con successi come "I'm Gonna Get You" e "Bring It On", che hanno dominato le classifiche musicali americane. La sua musica è caratterizzata da melodie orecchiabili, testi emotivi e una potente voce. Spencer ha collaborato con artisti di spicco come Babyface e Teddy Riley. Il suo album di debutto, "Tracie Spencer", pubblicato nel 1989, ha ottenuto un discreto successo commerciale.
