Silent Force è un gruppo musicale power metal tedesco formatosi nel 1998 dal cantante D.C. Cooper, ex membro dei Royal Hunt. Il loro sound si caratterizza per melodie orecchiabili, riff di chitarra potenti e testi epici che esplorano temi fantasy e mitologici. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Last Stand", "Wings of Freedom" e "The Dragon's Fire". L'album di debutto, "Silent Force", uscito nel 2001, ha riscosso un buon successo tra gli appassionati del genere. Nel corso degli anni, la band ha pubblicato altri album apprezzati dalla critica, come "The World of Silence" (2003) e "The Legacy" (2005). Silent Force è considerata una delle realtà più importanti nel panorama europeo del power metal.
