Barry Adamson è un musicista britannico nato a Moss Side, Manchester, l'11 giugno 1958. Noto per la sua versatilità musicale, ha collaborato con diverse band e artisti di spicco del panorama rock e elettronico. Ha iniziato la sua carriera con Magazine, poi si è affermato come membro dei Visage, The Birthday Party e Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
