My hair's too long but I look like Jesus,
Got my best boots on, nothing rhymes with Jesus,
Oh yeah
Because of the weather,
Don't it make ya feel good?
The sun's come out now and so has Peter,
It's a shame, shame, shame now ‘cos Jen loves Peter
Oh yeah
Because of the weather
Don't it make ya feel good?
And I'm happiest in my own mind,
I'm just getting off,
I'm just killing time
It's only the sunshine,
It's only a blue sky,
But don't it make ya feel good?
It's only a G card
Or is it the sweet lord?
But don't it make you feel good?
I tried to be a California dreamer
But I'm way too short and my breaths too real
Oh yeah
Because of the weather
Don't it make ya feel good?
I ain't gonna bore you all with my story
Now's a hey hey DJ he can have the glory
Oh yeah…
Because of the weather
Don't it make ya feel good?
And I'm happy here in my own mind,
I'm just getting off,
I'm just killing time
It's only the sunshine,
It's only a blue sky,
But don't it make ya feel good?
It's only a G card
Or is it the sweet lord?
But don't it make you feel good?
I hope I never let you down
It's like the sun goes around
You can't say it's real,
This is how I feel
Now I guess you've all found a rhyme for Jesus,
Even if you haven't baby he still loves us
Oh yeah
Because of the weather
Don't it make ya feel good?
And I'm happy here in my own mind
I'm just getting off
I'm just killing time
It's only the sunshine
It's only a blue sky (blue sky)
But don't it make you feel good?
It's only a G card,
Or is it the sweet lord?
But don't it make you feel good?
It's only the sunshine
It's only a blue sky (blue sky)
But don't it make you feel good?
It's only a G card,
Or is it the sweet lord?
But don't it make you feel good?
Don't it make you feel good
Don't it make you feel good
Don't it make you feel good
Don't it make you feel good
