Slick Idiot è un progetto musicale formatosi nel 1999 da En Esch e Günter Schulz, membri fondatori del gruppo industrial KMFDM. Dopo una breve pausa della band principale, i due artisti hanno deciso di continuare a collaborare, portando con sé l'esperienza e lo stile distintivo che avevano contribuito a rendere KMFDM uno dei pionieri dell'industrial negli anni '80 e '90. Slick Idiot si caratterizza per un sound elettronico aggressivo, influenzato dal genere industrial ma con elementi di musica techno e noise. Tra i brani più rappresentativi del gruppo ricordiamo "The Day the Music Died", "I Am Your Enemy" e "Kill Me Now".
