Cameo è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere funk e disco, formatosi a New York nel 1974 da Larry Blackmon. Il gruppo ha raggiunto la fama mondiale con il singolo "Word Up!" del 1986, che è diventato un inno della musica dance anni '80. Cameo è noto anche per l'uso del codpiece come accessorio di moda, diventando un simbolo distintivo del loro stile.
