Space sono un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi a Liverpool nel 1993. Considerati una delle band più rappresentative del movimento Britpop, hanno raggiunto il successo internazionale con il loro album di debutto "Spiders" (1995), che ha venduto oltre mezzo milione di copie in Regno Unito. Il sound dei Space è caratterizzato da riff chitarristici energici, melodie orecchiabili e testi ironici e sarcastici. Tra i brani più famosi del gruppo figurano "Female of the Species", "Neighbourhood" e "The Ballad of Tom Jones". Dopo un periodo di pausa, i Space si sono riuniti nel 2013 per una serie di concerti e hanno pubblicato un nuovo album, "Playing With Fire", nel 2018.
