Pinkly Smooth è stata una band statunitense di avant-garde metal attiva dal 2001 al 2006. Originaria di Huntington Beach, in California, la formazione era caratterizzata da un sound sperimentale e innovativo che mescolava elementi di heavy metal, jazz fusion e musica elettronica. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Ballad of the Broken Heart", "Pinkly Smooth" e "The Last Supper". La band ha pubblicato due album in studio: "Pinkly Smooth" (2003) e "The Last Supper" (2005). Nonostante la breve durata della loro carriera, i Pinkly Smooth hanno lasciato un segno indelebile nel panorama musicale underground, influenzando numerose band successive.
