Dilated Peoples è un gruppo hip hop underground californiano formato da DJ Babu (produttore/DJ), Evidence (rapper e produttore) e Rakaa Iriscience (rapper). Attivi dal 1998, hanno raggiunto una certa notorietà nell'underground hip hop, pur non ottenendo grande successo mainstream negli Stati Uniti.
