Newsted è una band heavy metal statunitense formatasi nel 2012, con l'ex bassista dei Metallica Jason Newsted alla guida. Newsted è noto per il suo sound potente e aggressivo, influenzato dal thrash metal dei Metallica e da altri generi heavy. Il gruppo ha pubblicato un album in studio, "Heavy Metal Music", nel 2014.
