Murray Seafield Saint-George Head, noto semplicemente come Murray Head, è un cantante e attore britannico nato a Londra nel 1946. È principalmente conosciuto per la sua interpretazione del brano "One Night in Bangkok" che divenne un successo internazionale nel 1981, facente parte della colonna sonora del musical "Chess" di Tim Rice e Benny Andersson. Head ha partecipato anche ad altre produzioni teatrali di successo come "The Rocky Horror Show" e "Jesus Christ Superstar". Oltre alla musica, Head ha recitato in film e serie televisive britanniche, dimostrando un talento versatile nel mondo dello spettacolo.
