Total è un gruppo femminile statunitense di R and B attivo negli anni '90. Il gruppo, composto da Keisha Spivey, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes e Pam Long, ha raggiunto il successo con brani come «No One Can Love You Better» e «Kissin' Goodbye». La loro musica era caratterizzata da ritmi dance influenzati dal hip hop e da testi che affrontavano temi di amore, relazioni e empowerment femminile. Total ha pubblicato due album in studio: «Total» (1996) e «More Than What You See» (1998). Il gruppo si è sciolto nel 2001.
