General Public è stato un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi nel 1984 da Dave Wakeling e Ranking Roger, rispettivamente vocalist e rapper di The Beat. Il loro stile musicale era una fusione di ska, reggae e rock, con influenze pop e dance.
