Moist è stata una band canadese di alternative rock attiva dal 1992 al 2000. Originaria di Vancouver, la formazione era guidata dal cantautore David Usher, noto per il suo stile vocale distintivo e le melodie orecchiabili. Il loro sound si caratterizzava per un mix di influenze grunge, pop e rock progressivo, con testi spesso introspettivi e poetici.
