Love Spit Love è stato un gruppo alternative rock statunitense originario di New York, attivo dal 1994 al 2000. Il gruppo ha raggiunto una certa popolarità negli anni '90 grazie al loro sound caratterizzato da riff chitarristici potenti e melodie orecchiabili. Il loro album di debutto, "The Love Spit Love Album", pubblicato nel 1995, è stato accolto positivamente dalla critica e ha prodotto il singolo "Love Is a Battlefield". Tra i brani più rappresentativi del gruppo ricordiamo anche "I'm Not Your Man" e "Sweetness". Love Spit Love si è sciolto nel 2000 dopo aver pubblicato tre album in studio.
