Lonnie Donegan (Glasgow, 29 aprile 1931 – 19 novembre 2002) è stato un cantante e musicista scozzese considerato il padre dello skiffle, un genere musicale popolare negli anni '50. Iniziò la sua carriera come membro del gruppo di musica folk The Skiffle Group, che si esibiva nei pub di Glasgow. Nel 1954, con il nome Lonnie Donegan and His Skiffle Group, ottenne un successo internazionale con il brano «Rock Island Line», una versione skiffle di una canzone tradizionale americana.
