Strangelove sono stati una band inglese di alternative rock, formatisi a Bristol nel 1991. La formazione originale comprendeva i membri: Mark 'Sparky' Sparkes (voce), James 'Jimbo' Jones (chitarra), David 'Davey' Davies (basso) e Steve 'Stevie' Stevens (batteria). La band ha raggiunto un notevole successo nel Regno Unito con il loro album di debutto, "Strangelove", pubblicato nel 1993. L'album ha prodotto diversi singoli di successo, tra cui "The Ballad of the Broken Heart" e "She's Got a Gun". La band ha continuato a pubblicare musica fino al 1997, anno in cui si sono sciolti.
