II Tru è un gruppo musicale soul attivo negli anni '70. Originario degli Stati Uniti, il gruppo ha pubblicato l'album di debutto "A New Breed of Female" nel 1974, che ha riscosso un discreto successo grazie a brani come "Love Is A Feeling" e "You Got Me Runnin'". II Tru è noto per la sua musica soul influenzata dal funk e dalla disco, caratterizzata da arrangiamenti complessi e voci femminili potenti. Nonostante il loro breve periodo di attività, II Tru ha lasciato un'impronta significativa nella storia della musica soul.
