Grant Lee Buffalo è stato un gruppo rock statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles, California, composto da Grant-Lee Phillips (voce e chitarra), Paul Kimble (basso) e Joey Peters (batteria). I tre componenti erano precedentemente membri di un'altra band californiana, Shiva Burlesque. Come Grant Lee Buffalo hanno pubblicato quattro album: *Fuzzy* (1993), *Mighty Joe Moon* (1994), *Copperopolis* (1996) e *Jubilee* (1998), quest'ultimo senza Kimble, uscito dal gruppo l'anno precedente. Negli Stati Uniti, la band è forse ricordata per il singolo del 1998 "Truly, Truly", che ha goduto di ampia diffusione radiofonica. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si possono citare "Fuzzy", "Mockingbird" e "The Way Love Goes".
