Donald Hugh Henley (nascosto a Gilmer, Texas, 22 luglio 1948) è un cantautore, musicista e produttore discografico statunitense. Noto per essere il batterista e cantante degli Eagles, Henley ha contribuito in modo significativo alla popolarità del gruppo negli anni '70 con successi come "Hotel California", "Take It Easy" e "Desperado". Dopo lo scioglimento degli Eagles nel 1980, Henley ha intrapreso una carriera solista di successo, pubblicando album come "Building the Perfect Beast" (1989) e "The End of the Innocence" (1990), che hanno riscosso grande apprezzamento da critica e pubblico. Henley è considerato uno dei più grandi batteristi rock di tutti i tempi e la sua voce profonda e distintiva ha contribuito a definire il sound degli Eagles. Nel 2016, gli Eagles sono stati introdotti nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, riconoscendo il loro impatto duraturo sulla musica americana.
