Mohombi, pseudonimo di Mohombi Nzasi Moupondo, è un cantautore e ballerino congolese naturalizzato svedese. Nato in Congo nel 1982, si trasferisce in Svezia all'età di sette anni. Dopo aver iniziato a studiare musica classica, si appassiona al genere R and B e hip-hop, sviluppando una forte personalità artistica che lo porta a collaborare con artisti come Akon e Pitbull. Il suo debutto discografico avviene nel 2010 con l'album "Mohombi", che include il singolo di successo "Maradona", un inno al calcio e alla vita che conquista le classifiche internazionali.
