UTFO (acronimo di Untouchable Force Organization) è stato un gruppo hip-hop old school degli anni '80, mentore dal gruppo R and B contemporaneo Full Force. Il gruppo era composto da Kangol Kid (Shiller Shaun Fequiere), Educated Rapper (Jeffrey Campbell) (conosciuto anche come EMD), Doctor Ice (Fred Reeves) e Mix Master Ice (Maurice Bailey). Il loro singolo più famoso è "Roxanne, Roxanne", un classico hip-hop ampiamente acclamato che ha creato una sensazione sulla scena hip-hop non appena è stato rilasciato e ha ispirato numerosi answer records, tra cui quello di Marley Marl's protegé Roxanne Shante.
