Orson è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Hollywood, California, nel 1999. Inizialmente la band si chiamava Halogen. Il loro debutto discografico avviene nel 2006 con l'album *Bright Idea*, pubblicato dalla Mercury Records. Il secondo album, *Culture Vultures*, esce nel 2007. La musica di Orson è caratterizzata da un sound indie rock energico e orecchiabile, influenzato dal post-punk e dalla new wave. Il gruppo ha ottenuto una certa popolarità negli Stati Uniti grazie al singolo *No Tomorrow*, presente nell'album *Bright Idea*. Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Orson si annoverano anche *The Way You Move* e *You're Not Alone*.
