Powerman 5000 è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere alternative metal, originario di Boston e attivo dal 1991. Il gruppo è guidato da Spider One, cantante e frontman, fratello minore del celebre musicista Rob Zombie. La musica dei Powerman 5000 si caratterizza per un sound aggressivo e industriale, con influenze provenienti dal metal, dall'industrial rock e dalla new wave. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "When Worlds Collide", "Nobody's Real" e "Supernova Goes Down". L'album di debutto, "Mega!! Mega!! Mega!!", risale al 1997 ed è stato seguito da altri lavori come "Tonight the Stars Revolt!" (2000) e "Bring 'Em Back Alive" (2003).
