Friday night
I know you're going out tonight
'Cause you got that make-up on
And your story's getting way too long
When I try
I ain't getting no reply
Wonder if you've found someone
I know you're probably having fun
Faded with your?friends?I?know
'Cause you call?me up
Yeah, you?call me up
Asking if I'm home alone
Yeah, I know what's up
And you know I'm up
Tell me why you only want me on the weekend?
It's like on Monday you have someone else to do
Tell me why you only love me on the weekend?
'Cause when it's over, I'm not over you
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
8 a.m
I hear you sneaking out again
Why you gotta be like that?
Knowing you'll be coming back
Faded with your friends I know
'Cause you call me up ('Cause you call me up)
Yeah, you call me up (Yeah, you call me up)
Asking if I'm home alone
Yeah, I know what's up (Yeah, I know what's up)
And you know I'm up
Tell me why you only want me on the weekend?
It's like on Monday you have someone else to do
Tell me why you only love me on the weekend?
'Cause when it's over, I'm not over you
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend (Oh)
Oh, oh
I'm doing all I can, oh, oh
You gotta understand, oh, oh
You got the upper hand, I'm at your command
Tell me why you only want me on the weekend?
It's like on Monday you have someone else to do
Tell me why you only love me on the weekend?
'Cause when it's over, I'm not over you
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
(Ah, I need more than a—)
I need more than love on the weekend, on the weekend
(Ah, I need more than a—)
