Attivo dal 2019, ha guadagnato popolarità grazie al suo stile rap crudo e diretto, influenzato dalla drill e dal trap. Il suo brano "Who Want Smoke?" (2020) è diventato virale su TikTok, lanciandolo nel mainstream. Nardo Wick collabora spesso con altri artisti del circuito underground americano, come Lil Durk e Pooh Shiesty.
