Raphael Saadiq, pseudonimo di Charles Ray Wiggins, è un cantautore, musicista, produttore discografico e compositore statunitense nato a Oakland, California, nel 1972. Considerato uno dei pilastri del neo soul contemporaneo, ha raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '90 come membro del gruppo Tony! Toni!
