I membri erano Juvenile, Lil Wayne, B.G. e Turk (spesso chiamato "Young Turk" o "Lil Turk"). I Hot Boys costituivano la maggior parte degli artisti di Cash Money Records, insieme ai Big Tymers. Nel 1997 hanno pubblicato il loro album di debutto, *Get It How U Live!*. Nel 1999 è uscito *Guerrilla Warfare*, il loro album più di successo ad oggi.
