Ann Wilson è una cantautrice e musicista statunitense, nota soprattutto per la sua voce potente e il suo lavoro come frontwoman del gruppo rock Heart. Nata nel 1950 nello stato di Washington, Ann ha iniziato a suonare musica sin da giovane, formando un duo con la sorella Nancy. Nel 1973, le due sorelle hanno fondato Heart, che in breve tempo è diventato uno dei gruppi rock più popolari degli anni '70 e '80. Ann Wilson è stata riconosciuta per il suo talento vocale unico, capace di passare da note acuti a registri profondi con una facilità sorprendente. Il suo stile musicale spazia dal hard rock al pop-rock, passando anche per influenze folk e blues. Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Heart figurano "Magic Man", "Barracuda" e "Alone".
