Hi-Tek, pseudonimo di Tony Cottrell, è un rapper, DJ e produttore discografico statunitense nato a New York. Attivo dal tardo anni '90, Hi-Tek è noto per il suo stile production caratterizzato da campionamenti jazz e funk, che ha contribuito a definire l'hip hop underground degli anni 2000.
