Fantasia Monique Barrino, conosciuta semplicemente come Fantasia, è una cantautrice e attrice statunitense nata a High Point, North Carolina, il 30 giugno 1984. Ha raggiunto la fama nel 2004 vincendo la terza edizione del talent show televisivo American Idol. La sua potente voce e le sue performance emozionanti hanno conquistato il pubblico americano, catapultandola al successo immediato. Fantasia ha pubblicato numerosi album di platino, tra cui l'album di debutto omonimo "Fantasia" (2004), che include i successi "I Believe" e "Lose to Win".
