Hot Action Cop è un gruppo rock alternativo statunitense formatosi negli anni '90 da Rob Werthner (voce, chitarra ritmica, songwriting, frontman), Luis Espaillat (basso), Kory Knipp (batteria) e Tim Flaherty (chitarra). Prima del tour del 2003 si aggiunse Daniel Feese (tastiere).
