Eko Fresh (nato come **Ekowisata Agyeman-Duah** il 19 agosto 1983) è un rapper tedesco di origini ghanesi. Attivo dal 2004, ha raggiunto una notevole popolarità in Germania con il suo stile rap aggressivo e le rime spesso provocatorie. È membro del collettivo L.O.V.E. e ha collaborato con artisti come Bushido e Sido.
