(Verse)
Top down with something sexy on your side,
Don’t it sound like where you wanna be?
Sun beaming, friends drinking,
Looks like a thousand diamonds on the seat, oh yeah.
Half-naked people playing volleyball
And some are roller-blading on the sidewalk.
(Pre-Chorus)
So get out, get out right now,
Happiness it’s waiting while you’re in the house.
So grab a phone and call somebody you love
And tell ‘em you’re ready to have some fun.
And when they ask you where you’re going
Say don’t worry about it, just get in the car.
(Chorus)
I wanna go where the sun is always shining in the sky, in the sky
Always summertime.
Don’t you wanna go where all you gonna do is stay and live your life
Always summertime.
(Verse)
I see me leaning on the hood of a noteschool
With my homies and I rap dance on.
Pretty women checking for me
And they all got friends to roll with us.
(Pre-Chorus)
So I gotta get out, get out right now,
Happiness it’s waiting for me out this house.
(Bridge)
And when the sun falls asleep
I wanna be with the ones I care for.
Cause that’s what it all means to me,
Summer, don’t ever leave.
(Chorus)
I wanna go where the sun is always shining in the sky, in the sky
Always summertime.
Don’t you wanna go where all you gonna do is stay and live your life
Always summertime.
