They Might Be Giants sono un duo alternative pop/rock formatosi nel 1982 da John Linnell e John Flansburgh. Originari di Lincoln, Massachusetts, i due si sono conosciuti al liceo prima di intraprendere strade diverse dopo la laurea. Si sono riuniti a New York, dove hanno dato vita al gruppo. They Might Be Giants sono noti per il loro stile musicale caratterizzato da testi ironici e melodie orecchiabili, spesso con influenze sperimentali. Il loro successo più grande è stato "Birdhouse in Your Soul", un brano che ha raggiunto la top 10 delle classifiche americane nel 1992.
